Pervaiz Iqbal Arain the son of Muhammad Shareef (Late) was born in faislabad,Chak # 479, Tahseel Samundri, Pakistan in 1975. He got his early education in his hometown. The seeds of compassion for the suffering humanity is sown in his soul by his father. His father was born in 1940 and established private hotel in 1970.That time there wasn’t any court, people come to his father to solve their former & domestic issues. His own initiatives and the training of his parents helped him to contribute a lot towards the cause of humanity.
When Pervaiz Iqbal was going through 7th grade, his father became paralyzed. Young Pervaiz Iqbal devoted himself to look after his father’s needs I.E feeding, cleaning, bathing, changing etc and his helplessness increased over the years. His persistent painfull condition left a lasting impression on young Pervaiz Iqbal.
His personal experiences and care for his father during his illness caused him to develop a system of services for challenged world. For him the world of suffering became his tutor and source of wisdom.
His studies were also seriously affected and he could not complete his higher education.
In 2002, for the first time he participated as an independent candidate in provisional election. Later on He joined Arain Welfare Association as a press secretary in 2003.
He also worked as a general secretary of Korangi Industrial area as well as Joint Secretary Trust Welfare (registered) all Pakistan Ambulances Services,
He is execute member of Karwan-e-Akhuwat of Green park city, Quaidabad & working as a member Supreme Council Welfare Association Karachi.
Even at this early age, he felt personally responsible for taking on the challenge of developing a system of services to reduce human miseries. The task was huge he had no resources. But it was something that he had to do even if he had to beg for this purpose.
After a couple of years, with the support of some members of his community decided to establish a free dispensary. He became involved in this charity work. However, soon his personal vision of a growing and developing system of multifarious services made him decide to establish a welfare foundation of his father named it as “Al-Shareef Foundation”.
